FRENCHVILLE / BREWER – Patrick Joseph Gervais, Sr., 67, died Nov. 6, 2010 at a Brewer rehab facility. He was born in Frenchville on Aug. 31, 1943, the son of Joseph and Marie “Madore” Gervais. Patrick retired from Fraser Paper and was a member of the 4th Degree KC. He is survived by three sons and their wives, one daughter and his grandchildren; Patrick Jr. and Robin, Erica and Joshua of Maryland, Allen and Jennifer, Shania and Chance of St. Agatha, Terrence and Gwen of Madawaska, Kathy and Glenn Pelletier, Mathew, Katelyn, Joshua, Jamie of Fort Kent one stepson Rodney and Danielle Deschaine Chad and Nadine of Fort Fairfield, three brothers and their wives Sylva and Geneva, Ronaldo and Thelma both of Madawaska and Paul and Ginette of Frenchville; nine sisters Sylvia Roy of Fort Kent, Edwina and Joel Bellefleur of Madawaska, Aurella and Gilman Morin of Van Buren, Gilmay and Reginald Bouchard of St. Agatha, Cecile and Rosaire Parent of Eagle Lake, Juliette Sirois of St. Agatha, Berdina and Gary Blais of New Hampshire, Lucie Boucher of St. Agatha, Marie Mae and Roger Levesque of St. Jacques, N.B. and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife Kathleen Bouthot and his second wife Patricia Carrier Deschaine, one brother Lawrence, one sister Lillian Michaud, brothers-in-law, Alphie Roy, Hampy Michaud, Louis Sirois and Camille Boucher, two sisters-in-law, Geneva Levasseur Claire  Dumond Gervais and stepchild Eugene Lawrence. Friends and relatives called at the Michaud Funeral Home in Frenchville Tuesday Nov. 9, 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday Nov. 10, 8:30 a.m. until time of services. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of the Valley Church in Frenchville with the Rev. Clement Thibodeau Officiating. Burial in the St. Luce Cemetery.
