Gary Ketchen, with whom Taggett resides, according to Michaud, was charged with the same violations on June 1, as reported in the June 6 edition of the St. John Valley Times.
The two were allegedly growing more than 70 marijuana plants in the basement of their Highland Ave. residence.
Taggett was issued a summons, although not arrested, by FKPD officer Richard Martin on June 4.
Last week local law enforcement personnel had removed the plants and other evidence from the home of Taggett and Ketchen.
Michaud confirmed that both would make an initial court appearance on July 20 in Fort Kent.
